Le Pipiou is a 4* holiday park on the banks of Lake Biscarosse-Parentis where guests can relax on the beach, swim in the lake or enjoy a wide range of watersports. The site offers easy access to coast where there are big sandy beaches and great waves for surf and body boarding, and region's pine forests are perfect for long walks and bike rides. On-site facilities include free kids clubs, entertainment and sports, and the pool complex has slides, a hot tub and view of the lake.

Large pool complex with view of the lake

With a breathtaking view over the Parentis en Born lake, our 4* Le Pipiou campsite has a pool complex ideal for all the family. The complex is supervised by our lifeguards who are certified BEESAN, BNSSA or equivalent (the certificate is displayed at the entrance to our pools).

Opening times:
April to September (excluding July and August): 10.15am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
July - August: 10.15am to 7.30pm.

The entire pool area is open in July and August. At least 1 pool as well as the slides and splash zone are open the rest of the season.

In the aquatic area, swimwear such as trunks, boxer shorts, bikinis, 1-piece swimming costumes, burkinis, etc. in suitable swimwear is permitted.

Children's clubs in July and August, offering two sessions a day, 5 days a week:

Club Ados 12 years and over

Children's club from April to September (excluding July and August):

Dune du Pilat

Less than an hour's drive away, discover the Arcachon basin and the many oyster beds. You can also climb the highest sand dune in Europe, Dune du Pilat, over 110 meters high!
Lake Biscarosse

Come and the watersports on offer at our private Pipiou beach on Lake Biscarosse. There are activities for various age groups, including paddle boards, pedal boating, kayaking and even an introduction to sailing.
Mimizan Beaches

Mimizan offers 10km of fine sandy beach, with six very beautiful beaches to choose from including Les Ailes, South Beach and Lespecier Beach, that are supervised from May to September. It's a great spot for surfing!
Learn to Surf

Biscarrosse, Hossegor and Biarritz are known worldwide for offering fabulous surfing spots. You can learn the basics with qualified instructors, practice regularly or just take action pictures of surfers. The conditions are ideal all season, so enjoy the waves whatever your level!
