For a great camping holiday in Normandy, head to Calvados, a beautiful region famous for more than the drink of the same name! Calvados is a 'department' in the Normandy region of northwestern France, known probably best in the UK for its apple brandy, which is made from fermented apple juice and aged in oak barrels. But it's not just about the drink, it's a hugely popular destination for the Brits, with loads of historical and cultural attractions. Camping in Calvados offers the opportunity to visit this gorgeous area for a great value price as you can stay at our 4-star campsite in Normandy Domaine de Litteau, located not far from the town of Caen.
