What is there to do in south Finistère?

Bigouden Museum

Located in Pont-l'Abbé, the museum is devoted to traditional Bigouden (an area of Finistere) crafts. You will find all kinds of fascinating things to see, including traditional Breton lace and the museum also offers various activities for children so that they can discover Bigouden crafts in a fun and interactive way.
Pointe du Millier

Located at the entrance to the bay of Douarnenez, the Pointe du Millier offers a magnificent view of the ocean and the neighboring islands. Put on your hiking shoes and enjoy a walk along the Breton coast, between sea air and fruit trees.
Guilvinec Port

If you're into all things fish, head to the fishing port of Guilvinec to see a working fishing village in action and also for fishing trips out to sea.

Our campsite in Finistere is located in the pretty town of Pont-Aven, also called "the city of painters". This charming little town is home to many art galleries and authentic ceramic workshops. It is also the ideal place to stroll along the banks of the Aven or sip a drink at the edge of the landscaped garden which is close to the town centre.
Locronan

Do not miss a visit to perhaps one of the most beautiful villages in South Finistère. The town of Locronan is world-famous for its medieval cobbled streets, its picturesque small white houses and its beautiful chapel.
